Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in secretarial compliance for SBIPFPL, including organizing meetings, drafting resolutions, and preparing notices, agendas, and minutes of company meetings
2. Support in ensuring 100% compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013, rules there under, and other applicable statutes, bylaws, RBI, FEMA, and allied laws
3. Collaborate with external third-party consultants under the guidance of senior team members
4. Assist in ensuring compliance with various e-filing, ROC and other secretarial requirements
5. Aid in coordination with statutory and internal auditors and actively participate in the audit process
6. Assist in maintaining and safeguarding record books in accordance with company secretarial guidelines and the Companies Act, 2013
