Company Secretary Job Opportunity At Antrix Corporation Limited on Contract basis

Qualification: Associate / Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretary

Experience: Retired from Central or State Public Sector Undertakings (both superannuation/ voluntary retirement) with minimum 5 years‟ experience as “Company Secretary” in CPSU / SPSU

Salary: Rs.50,000/- (allinclusive) with `5,000/- increase after completion of each year.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on experience and interview.
