Job Description

We seek a Company Secretary with hands-on experience, and effective verbal and written communication skills immediately.

 

Experience: 1 - 3 years

Work Location: RA Puram (Chennai) or Mulund West (Mumbai) - Work from the Office only.



Key Skills Required:

·        ACS or CA Inter-Qualified Semi-Qualified.

·        Advanced Excel - Sheet Referencing, Pivot Table and lookup

·        GST - 1A, 2A & 2B, 3B - Calculation, Filing and Returns

·        TDS - Calculation, Filing and Returns

·        Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.

·        LLP COMPLIANCE, FEMA COMPLIANCE.

·        STATUTORY COMPLIANCE AND REPORT,
