Company Secretary  in the grade of either Dy. General Manager(E-7) (or) Asst. General Manager(E-6)

Qualifications :  Full time regular Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with a minimum 50% of the marks in aggregate and having Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. Preference will be given to the candidates having additional qualifications like ACA / ACMA / BL /LLB. Fellowship of ICSI will also be preferred.

Experience : The Candidates should have post qualification experience of minimum 18 years for E-7 grade and 15 years for E-6 grade of which the latest experience of minimum of 6 years (for E-7 grade) and 4 years (for E-6 grade) should be as KMP (Key Managerial Person) of Primary Company and in the areas of: Company law matters; Listing requirements and Stock Exchange Matters. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR);  Corporate Governance Matters; SEBI / Stock Exchange Regulations / Listing requirements / Shares related matters including public issue matters.

Scale of Pay :  Rs. 51,300 – 3% – 73,000/-

Upper Age Limit (as on 01.03.2019) :

52 years for E-7

50 years for E-6

Selection Methodology : Selection shall be through shortlisting of eligible applications followed by Personal Interview for shortlisted / eligible candidates and subject to Medical Fitness.

Medical Specialists on Contract / Tenure basis

Qualification :  Degree in Medicine i.e. MBBS recognized by the Medical Council of India Post Graduate Degree/ DNB/ PG Diploma in the relevant field (Radiology/Anaesthesia/Ophthalmology)) from a University/ Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India along with Permanent Registration Certification from either State Medical Council or MCI Minimum Two years Post qualification experience in Radiology/Anaesthesia/Ophthalmology discipline as on 01-05-2019 is desirable. In exceptional cases candidates with one year Post qualification experience may be considered.

Working Hours :  8 hours per day either in shift duty hours (i.e., A/B/C/Gen shifts) or in split Duty timings depending on the need, on all working days. Split Duty timings constitute duty hours from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. The doctor may have to attend call duties and emergency duties as and when needed

Remuneration  : 

a) Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,00,000/- per month for specialists with one year post qualification experience.

b) Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,20,000/- per month for specialists with two years Post qualification experience

c) Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,35,000/- per month for specialists with three years Post qualification experience

d) Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,50,000/- per month for specialists with four years or more Post qualification experience

e) An additional amount of Rs. 1000/- per call will be paid as compensation for Emergency call duties.

The remuneration shall be hiked annually by 10%. Compensation for Emergency call duties (beyond normal duty hours): Rs. 3000/- upto 4 hrs shall be paid. In case emergency duty extends beyond 4 hours, Rs 800/- per each extra hour shall be paid. However, total compensation towards Emergency call shall not exceed Rs. 5000/- per call. Further an Additional Compensation of Rs.1000/- for Emergency Call Duties during night time between10:00 PM to 6:00 AM shall be paid.
