Job Description

Computer Faculty for Youth Computer Training Centre- 4 hrs job - from 4 pm to 8 pm - Mon to Sat - 1 day leave per month . Needs knowledge of C and Java , my sql , windows, MS office , HTML.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Computer Faculty to teach and mentor students in various computer science and IT-related subjects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for guiding students in programming, software development, networking, and IT fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching & Curriculum Development

Deliver lectures on computer science subjects, programming languages, databases, and IT fundamentals.
Develop and update syllabus, study materials, and lesson plans as per industry standards.
Conduct theory and practical classes, ensuring interactive and engaging learning experiences.

2. Student Mentorship & Guidance

Provide academic support and career guidance to students.
Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
Encourage students to participate in coding competitions, projects, and IT certifications.

3. Lab & Practical Sessions

Conduct hands-on training in programming, software development, networking, and cybersecurity.
Maintain and upgrade computer lab systems and software as per course requirements.
Supervise live projects, internships, and industry collaborations.

4. Research & Industry Collaboration

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures by industry experts.
Collaborate with IT firms for placement assistance and industry exposure.
