Primary Purpose:
The Senior Network Engineers will ideally possess 3+ years of strong technical experience with Certified on CCNP/CCNA in the areas of routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, NOC, firewall, monitoring tools, Solar Winds, ticketing tools and network Data Center Technologies. The candidate should have good attitude and Team/Customer handling skill. Experience with security products from vendors such as Checkpoint, Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco and other leading security
Principle Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain enterprise level LAN/WAN networks.
2.Configuration and management of core devices, switches, routers, wireless access points.
3. Configuration and management of firewalls to secure internal resources and inbound/outbound connections.
4. Monitoring of local and remote networks consists of heterogeneous types of devices.
5.Analysis and troubleshooting of networking and performance issues in physical and logical networks.
6. Understanding and resolving real-time problems reported by local and remote users.
7. Follow the helpdesk processes and SLAs while handling trouble tickets.
8. Reporting and documentation of daily networks and performance issues.
9. Provide on-call support during weekends if needed.

11. Security Device Management Lifecycle (H&A, Incidents, Change Requests, Upgrades, etc.)
12.Design and implement complex change requests for global enterprise customers

Skills – Must have
1. Must have 3+ years of experience in a network administrator role.
2.Excellent written and spoken fluency in English
3.Good understanding of switching, routing, VLANs, Sub-netting, Access control lists, SNMP management, IPsec tunnel setup (S2S and RAVPN)
4. Understanding of System sides like DNS, DHCP and Windows domain setup.
5.Hands on experience on the configuration of various switches, Routers, Firewall like ASAs, Palo Alto NextGen Firewalls, Juniper Firewalls
6. Hands on experience on network monitoring tools like Solar Winds, Wireshark packet analyzer, fiddler.
7. Knowledge on Juniper, Mitel controllers, Linux and Riverbed would be an added advantage.
8. Cisco certifications would be an added advantage.
9. Suitable skills or certifications from major security vendors (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
