Computer Operator / Back Office Executive – Carry Fast Corporation, Indore
Description:
We are looking for candidates with:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

Ability to handle emails and online portals

Data entry accuracy and internet research skills

Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally preferred, not mandatory)
Location: RNT Marg, Indore
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on interview)
Key Responsibilities
1. Computer Operation and System Management
-
Monitor and operate computer systems and peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and data entry terminals.

Perform routine system checks and troubleshoot basic hardware or software issues to minimize downtime.

Manage file storage systems, ensuring data is backed up regularly and securely.

Execute scheduled system jobs such as data processing, report generation, and software updates.

Liaise with IT support teams for advanced technical issues or system maintenance needs.
2. Data Entry and Database Management

Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems according to established guidelines.

Update customer records, transaction details, and other relevant information in the company’s information systems.

Verify and validate data entries to ensure correctness and completeness.

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of information.

Assist in generating reports by compiling and analyzing data from various sources.
3. Back Office Support

Handle administrative duties such as processing invoices, purchase orders, and correspondence.

Support the finance department by preparing billing statements, reconciling accounts, and managing petty cash records.

Coordinate with other departments to collect and verify documents, process approvals, and follow up on pending tasks.

Manage communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams via emails, phone calls, or messaging platforms.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
4. Record Keeping and Documentation

Maintain accurate logs of operational activities, system errors, and resolved issues.

Prepare documentation related to system procedures, updates, and user manuals as needed.

Archive historical data according to company policies and legal requirements.

Assist with audits by providing necessary data and documentation on request.
5. Quality and Compliance

Ensure all data handling and operational procedures comply with organizational standards and industry regulations.

Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in data and work with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.

Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in back-office functions.
