Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Management:
Accurately enter and update large volumes of data into internal systems, databases, or spreadsheets. Ensure consistency, completeness, and correctness of information. -
System Operations:
Operate and monitor computer systems and data processing equipment to carry out routine tasks such as data uploads, batch processing, or report generation. -
Data Validation:
Cross-check, verify, and audit data for errors or inconsistencies. Correct any identified issues and escalate complex data discrepancies to the supervisor. -
File & Record Maintenance:
Maintain digital and physical records in an organized and secure manner. Ensure data is stored in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. -
Reporting:
Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required by management. Support analytics teams by providing accurate and timely data exports. -
Backup & Recovery Assistance:
Perform or assist with regular data backups. Help restore files or systems if data loss or system failure occurs. -
Security Compliance:
Follow data security protocols to protect sensitive information. Ensure that only authorized personnel access confidential data files. -
Software Usage:
Work with office productivity tools (Excel, Word) and specialized software such as ERP, CRM, or custom-built platforms for data input and tracking. -
Troubleshooting Support:
Address minor hardware/software issues (e.g., printer errors, frozen systems) and escalate technical problems to the IT support team as needed. -
Collaboration:
Coordinate with data analysts, IT support, and administrative teams to support ongoing projects and meet organizational data needs.
