Qualification : Graduate in any discipline and 10 years of working experience in the public procurement domain. OR Post graduate in any discipline and 8 years of working experience in the public procurement.

Experience:

At least five years working experience in handling and executing E-procurement as a part of government (public) procurement management.

Additional relevant qualification(s) / experience / assignments would be of advantage and would be given added weightage
