Job Description
Qualifications and experience Essential:MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Pharmacy/ Nursing /paramedical graduate with Masters (Degree/Diploma) in Hospital/Health Management from a recognised institute.
At least 2 years post qualification experience of working on Quality Assurance Projects in Hospital/Health for Masters degree holders &3 years post qualification experience for diploma holders
Excellent Communication skills -Verbal & Written Proficiency in MS Office package.Willingness to travel extensively in difficult terrain. He/she is expected to travel 50% of the total working days.Desirable:Advance Qualification in Hospital/ Health Management from a recognised institute.Recognised Qualification in a Quality Management System, which may be waived off in case of deserving candidates, who have robust field experience.
Experience of working in a hospital’s administration department.Preference may be given to those applicants, who have directly worked on the assignments, resulting into certification / accreditation of hospitals to a recognised quality system such as ISO 9001:2008/ NABH/ JCI/ NABL/NQAS.

National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) has been set up under the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) of Government of India to serve as an apex body for technical assistance. Established in 2007, the National Health Systems Resource Centre's mandate is to assist in policy and strategy development in the provision and mobilisation of technical assistance to the states and in capacity building for the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) at the centre and in the states.The goal of this institution is to improve health outcomes by facilitating governance reform, health systems innovations and improved information sharing among all stake holders at the national, state, district and sub-district levels through specific capacity development and convergence models.
