Job Description
- Reporting to a Sr Consultant - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible to:
- Identify & Develop client business/ relationships with multi-national firms looking for specialist talent acqusition partners in India.
- Generate revenue in your area of specialisation in a target driven environment
- Source high caliber candidates from various digital channels including job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals etc.
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond.
- That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages, and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
- Preperation of Industry/ sector analysis and mapping for specific clients as a deliverable in Analytics.
