Job Description
Advertisement for engagement of Consultants in IRCTC in Infra Department on Temporary basis. Any retired Executives of Government / Railway PSU / Central Government / State Government PSU having following eligibility criteria can apply:
1. Name of the Post: Consultants
2. Qualification Requirements: The applicant must possess Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
3. Experience as on 01.03.2021: The applicant should have minimum 'Twenty Years' work experience in the field of Civil Engineering/Project Management/Construction Contract Management.
a) He/She should have retired from the level of minimum E4/E5 (With Pay Scale Rs.36600-Rs.62000/- IDA, pre-revised) in Govt. PSU or from the post not less than Executive Engineer in Govt. Dept with minimum Grade Pay Rs.7600/-in CDA Pay Scale (pre-revised) or equivalent.
b) Applicant should have experience of working in Infrastructure projects related with Construction of High Rise Residential Colonies/Hotels/Shopping Complexes multiple on Railway / Non Railway Land.
c) Basic Experience in areas such as Legal / Arbitrations, follow up for recovery of dues, Coordination (internal & external) would be an added advantage.
Age Limit:
Age as on 01.03.2021: The applicant should not be more than 64 years.
