1. Research industry-related engaging topics
2. Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts
3. Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics
4. Promote content on social media and also monitor engagement
5. Research, ideate, and execute creative formats for videos
6. Work on the ideating marketing, distribution, and promotion of content on social media
7. Produce short and long format video content about industry-related topics and promote our content on social media

1. Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, or a similar field
2. Proper knowledge and working experience in video content creation
3. Exceptional knowledge of social media marketing
4. Proficiency in English and Hindi along with excellent writing skills
5. Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
6. Exceptional knowledge of digital publishing and generating leads
7. Prior experience working as a content creator, content writer, content strategist, or a similar role will be an added advantage
8. Should be camera friendly
9. Proficient in writing scripts
10. Social media savvy
11. Passionate, detail-oriented content creator
