1. Should have a bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or a similar field
2. Should have excellent communication skills with a technical understanding of the product & the market
3. Should have strong attention to detail
4. Should have the flexibility to pivot with the demands of the business or shift priorities quickly
5. Should have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to work exceptionally with the cross-functional teams (product, customer success, sales, pre-sales, marketing, developers, etc.)
7. Ability to think innovatively and creatively in writing the contents
