 Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with the company's brand message and target audience
2. Create engaging written and visual content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and website copy
3. Assist with managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring performance metrics
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels
5. Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify trends and opportunities for content improvement
6. Assist with video production, including filming, editing, and post-production tasks
7. Support the HR Mindset team by attending acting auditions and assisting with video making for training and promotional materials
