Content Creation Specialist Job in Commvault at Bangalore

Your Mission: Create, update and package persona-specific enablement content to internal and external personas. Key focus areas will include instructional design and content development.

As a content design specialist, you will support persona-specific enablement content design and deployment aligned with business needs and priorities.

Position Responsibilities Include

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design storyboards aligned with learning objectives
• Define instructional flow and structure of presentation content to meet business needs and learner preferences
• Configure, create and assemble existing or new content along with visual aids/graphics to make the content engaging and relevant for target personas
• Provide audio/video editing and content publishing support as needed for high priority short-turnaround projects
• Contribute to content design templates and best practices to improve the quality and adoption of enablement content
• Assist with producing live virtual events
  
  

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven track record in designing training for different modalities (live classroom, virtual, training, eLearning)
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories
• 2-5 years’ experience in designing and deploying soft skills or technical training
• Excellent communication; verbal and written
• Technical Enablement experience preferred in the high tech, business software with experience in back up or data recovery a big plus
• Experience with live audio/video production of virtual events
• Sales Enablement experience desirable
  
  

Position Requirements Include

• Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design or related field
• Proficiency with MS Office, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Articulate Storyline, Captivate or similar content creation tools
• Proficiency with OBS Studio, Livestream Studio, or other similar live video production tools
• Detail-oriented, business partner who can collaborate across functional teams to deploy content in an easy to consume format for learners
• Self-starter who can work independently, establish priorities and a strong team player
• Superior multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, often deadline-oriented and dynamic environment
