We’re hiring a Content Creator Intern to help us shoot and edit short videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
If you have a camera or iPhone, some editing skills, and love creating content around fitness, health, food, or lifestyle, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:

Assist in writing, editing, and publishing content for the company’s blog, website, and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others.

Create engaging social media posts, including captions, graphics, and videos that align with the company’s voice and marketing objectives.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas, themes, and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Create video content, including short-form videos (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Design visual content (images, infographics, GIFs) using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms to support content pieces.
Content Strategy and Planning:

Collaborate with the content and social media teams to execute content strategies that drive engagement, website traffic, and brand awareness.

Assist in managing content calendars, ensuring that posts are published on time and aligned with key marketing campaigns, events, or product launches.

Research trending topics, industry news, and competitor content to help shape relevant and timely content that resonates with the target audience.

Help monitor content performance across platforms and assist in compiling analytics to evaluate the success of content campaigns.
SEO and Content Optimization:

Assist in optimizing written content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization), ensuring that keywords, meta descriptions, and titles align with best practices.

Help with keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase visibility and rank on search engines.

Monitor and analyze the performance of blog posts and web content, making recommendations for improvements based on data insights (such as traffic and engagement metrics).
Brand Consistency and Messaging:

Ensure that all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, tone, and style guide.

Review content for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand standards before publication.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that messaging across all content is consistent and reinforces brand values.
Content Engagement and Community Management:

Assist in responding to comments and direct messages on social media platforms, engaging with followers, and building a community around the brand.

Monitor content engagement, track metrics, and report on performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Help maintain an active and engaging social media presence by interacting with users, posting engaging questions, polls, or quizzes, and creating interactive content.
Research and Trend Analysis:

Conduct research on industry trends, content formats, and emerging platforms to help the company stay ahead of digital marketing trends.

Stay updated on the latest content creation tools, social media algorithms, and best practices to suggest innovative approaches to content creation.
