Content Developer

Educational qualifications required: Graduates and Post Graduates can apply

Prior experience/skill sets required:

a. Content Development / Teaching experience will be preferable

b. Good written and communication skills

c. Good typing skills

d. Thorough working knowledge in MS Office tools

Roles and responsibilities:

i. Content developed should follow our pedagogy, informative, engaging and should enable students and tutors to get their information promptly and efficiently.

ii. Content developed should be usable for global audience and thus needs to be mapped across various curriculum and grades.

iii. Content developed should adhere to the prescribed format and process defined by the operations team.

iv. Students should be in a position to visualize the concepts through the illustrations, simulations, animations and interactive elements included in the content.

v. Provide clear directives to the tutors to complement their teaching abilities while delivering the content.

vi. Good usage of language is a mandatory requirement for all the content developed.

vii. Focus on curriculum development ensuring the content is relevant and current.

viii. Ensure that curriculum meets the requirements of the schools/districts and states.

ix. To undertake additional teaching qualification such as online content certification

x. Undertake such staff development activities required by the Operations Manager.

xi. To maintain an up to date knowledge of specialist subject/discipline area.
