Job Description

Seeking a driven individual with a strong command of English, expertise in the MS Office Suite, and internet proficiency to develop engaging content for our Learning & Development team while also assisting others in improving their essential soft skills.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Content Developer to create engaging and effective learning materials for our Learning & Development (L&D) team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and internet research skills. This role also involves assisting others in improving their soft skills through well-structured content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Development & Curation

Design, write, and edit training materials, e-learning modules, presentations, and manuals.
Research and develop engaging, accurate, and up-to-date learning content.
Ensure all content is clear, concise, and aligned with learning objectives.

2. Soft Skills Training Support

Assist in developing training programs focused on essential soft skills (communication, leadership, teamwork, etc.).
Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to create interactive and impactful training materials.
Support workshops and learning sessions with relevant content and documentation.

3. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain L&D reports, training schedules, and feedback forms.
Organize content libraries and learning resources for easy access.
Analyze training effectiveness and suggest improvements in learning materials.

4. Research & Digital Proficiency

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new learning methodologies.
Utilize internet research, multimedia tools, and MS Office Suite to enhance content quality.
