Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Content Posting

Create, schedule, and post engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all channels.

Use relevant hashtags, keywords, and trends to increase reach and engagement.

Upload images, videos, reels, and stories with proper descriptions and captions.
2. Content Creation & Curation

Collaborate with the design and video teams to create visually appealing posts, banners, and reels.

Research trending topics, viral content, and new formats to keep the brand relevant.

Write creative, catchy, and error-free captions and headlines.

Repurpose existing content to fit different platforms effectively.
3. Social Media Engagement

Respond promptly to comments, messages, and queries from followers.

Engage with users by liking, sharing, and commenting on relevant posts to improve visibility.

Build and maintain positive relationships with the online audience.

Monitor competitors’ social media activity to stay ahead in the market.
4. Video & Reel Management

Assist in creating short-form videos and YouTube shorts for better reach.

5. Trend Analysis & Optimization

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

6. Reporting & Analytics

Required Skills & Competencies
