We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of high-quality content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and audience engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage a content calendar for blogs, social media, website, and marketing materials.
- Research industry trends and ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
2. Content Creation & Editing
- Write, edit, and proofread articles, blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.
- Ensure all content follows brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams for multimedia content.
3. SEO & Performance Optimization
- Optimize content for SEO and search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis.
- Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Team Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing, social media, and design teams.
- Manage and coordinate freelance writers, editors, and content contributors.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
5. Audience Engagement & Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement, followers, and readership.
- Monitor audience feedback and make data-driven content improvements.
- Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing and content creation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress), social media, and marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple content projects.
