Job Description
About the internship
We are looking for an operations intern who will be helping with the execution of offline activities and tangible gratification projects for the creator community. You will drive regular conversations with internal and external stake holders in order to full fill the requirements. You will be responsible for handling the projects end to end.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage external relations (dealing with external agencies) and creator gratification through offline activities (content house, offline meet-ups, Moj talk shows) & hamper logistics
2. Work on driving conversations with the internal stake holders to popularize the activity and offline campaigns (design, PR, and marketing)
3. Handle the post-activity analysis reporting, identifying challenges and ideating various measure to overcome them

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 20th Mar'22 and 24th Apr'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Fluent in Tamil and business proficiency in English
2. Understanding of the popular social media trends and pop culture industry
3. Strong ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines
4. Basic MS office skills
5. Open to travel within and outside the city & state as per requirements
