Job Description
- Understand the business principles of member support for both LinkedIn and the customer service industry.
- Prioritize, resolve, and respond to internal inquiries/cases in a timely fashion.
- Document processes and suggest ongoing improvements. Provide feedback to management regarding necessary and recommended changes to the content process, system tools, or reporting to enhance efficiency.
- Requires some occasional travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in one or more of the following areas: Content Editing, Content Management, or Professional Writing.
- Familiar with adult learning principles, best practices for web writing, and knowledge and content management.
- Proficiency in word processing applications (MS Word), Google Docs, Internet, and mobile devices.
- Skilled in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret, and address needs (e-mail, phone, and chat).
- Thorough understanding of member and customer service agent needs and serve as an advocate for their interests within LinkedIn.
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to the changing business needs and processes of a fast--paced work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build authentic business partnerships across multiple locations and deal effectively with relational challenges as they arise.
- Ability to work independently, well organized, and demonstrate consistent follow-up.
- Project or program management experience.
- A strong track record of meeting time lines and prioritizing your work.
