JOB DESCRIPTION : 

• You would be part of Product Launch Team of 35 Developers/Designers and your day to day task shall include :
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
• Manage and create content for social media calendar and campaigns including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube etc.
• Conceptualizing and executing cross-platform digital campaigns.
• Professional content writing experience (online or print)
• Ability to create and write engaging content for social media, case studies and newsletter.
• Contribute to the organization's knowledge repository
• Proficient at creating content for social media platforms, video content, website content and communication for digital platforms.
• Someone with an experimental bent of mind, keen to create innovative content across mobile and the constantly new emerging technology of new age platforms.

Skills And Competencies Required:

• Excellent writing ability and a strong command of English both in terms of language and grammar.
• Ability to write crisp and error-free content.
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• The knack for editing and proof-reading content with good research-oriented skills.
• Hands on Experience in using search engines.
• An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly. A knack for editing and proof reading with good research skills.
• Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.

Projects Type: Service and Product Based for International clients

Days: Monday to Friday

Work Timing: 9.30 am – 7.30 Pm.
