Job Description

We are a chatbot company, building bots for some of the biggest names in banking, telecom, education and retail.
We need a young, smart, resourceful writer
who can learn easily, adapt quickly and (most importantly) write clearly and concisely.
This is a full-time role, and you will be working with a team of writers and engineers.
You will need to collaborate to produce excellent content and must have a love for punctuation and grammar.

You will spend your days doing any or all of the following:

Understanding new information and reproducing it in a simple, easy-to-understand way
Looking through user feedback and data to modify or rewrite existing content- Working on fun, snappy and clever responses to small talk
Creating comprehensive bot personas to help craft character-specific responses and content

You will need the following skills:-

Excellent grammar and a great command of the English language.
Attention to detail and consistency of style.
A thirst for knowledge and a love of research
Adaptability, and flexibility
0-2 years of experience.
Candidates from Bangalore will be given first preference
