Work with seniors to understand their content requirements and convert into technical content.
Write search engine optimized (SEO) website content, articles, blogs, press releases, and forum posts to promote the company.
Capable of gathering reviews & feedbacks from clients
Should have strong management skills & ability to talk with customers if necessary.
Good command over written and spoken English
