Technical Writer will be responsible for writing interesting and engaging technical articles related to IT domain for a specific target audience and must have the ability to come up with original, relevant and informative content. • Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the targeted audience
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides on various IT Applications
• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
• Obtain a deep understanding of organizational services to translate complex IT information into simple, polished, and engaging content
• Create Tutorials, User-documentation guides on distinct IT courses
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement in content modification
• Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
• Work with Digital Marketing team and identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for content presentation as per the company standards

Prerequisites

• Any Bachelor’s degree preferably from Computers Science background
• 0 to 1year of industry experience as an effective Technical Writer
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Proven work experience in user documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
• Superior written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation would be a big plus.
