Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish content as per organizational requirement.
Research & Fact-Checking: Conduct thorough research using primary and secondary sources (interviews, studies, and social media monitoring) to ensure 100% accuracy and credibility.
SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices (keyword integration, meta-tagging, and internal linking) to maximize organic reach and SERP rankings.
Multi-Platform Adaptation: Tailor long-form articles into 'snackable' content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry news, viral trends, and competitor content to pitch fresh, timely ideas.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Design and Video teams to create multimedia elements (infographics, video scripts) that enhance written pieces.
Performance Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics to track content performance and refine strategies based on audience engagement data.
Experience: 6 Months to 3 years of experience
Writing Mastery: Exceptional command of English grammar, with the ability to switch between a formal, informative tone and a conversational, witty style.
Speed & Accuracy: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict editorial deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Ghost) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
SEO Tools: Familiarity with SEO tools like SurferSEO, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a relevant field.
