Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop course manuals for classroom training in various formats
- Design exercises, workshops and projects for MicroStrategy, Tableau and Informatica courses
- Design e-learning and m-learning videos for LMS using various authoring tools with animations, voice over and interactivity
- Develop project documentations for BI and ETL projects
- Develop quizzes and test papers for assessments
- Proofread and review content
- Communicate with client and adhere to project timelines
- Develop customized training courseware for clients
Requirements:
- Technical expertise in business intelligence and data warehousing
- Knowledge of MicroStrategy, Tableau and Informatica is an added advantage
- Experience in developing course manuals and project documentations for BI
- Excellent written and oral communication and grammar skills
- Experience in FrameMaker, Snagit, and Photoshop
- Experiences in one or more authoring tools like Captivate, Storyline, Articulate, Camtasia, Lectora and Active Presenter
- Proficient in writing scripts and storyboarding for videos
- Must have an eye for creativity and innovation in writing
- Experience in Flash-based animations is a plus
