We are looking for candidates for the role of “Content Writer & Translator“, who have the ability to research and write contents and blog articles on various topics assigned to a candidate based on the requirements within deadlines.
They should also have the ability to translate original blog contents as assigned, from English to a second Indian language fluent in.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for crafting original and creative content for various distribution channels as per the requirements.
Translate original blog contents as assigned, from English to a second Indian language fluent in. Familiarity with Google translate and use of on-screen-keyboard is preferred.
Work under strict deadlines and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Writing and maintaining cross-platform social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+ and Twitter.
Desired Profile of the Candidate:
Need to have a solid grasp of English language and written fluency in any one Indian language from these given languages: Hindi (Priority), Bengali, Telugu, Tamil or Punjabi.
Written fluency in the chosen second language is mandatory. But the candidate need not reflect that in typing skills too.
Ability to write creative and engaging contents consistently.
Ability to learn new technical skills and tools quickly.
Self-motivation and the ability to identify a problem and follow it through to resolution.
Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision in a non-traditional setting.
Experience in editing and fact-checking.
Basic understanding of some of these fields is desired: Design and Illustration, Coding, Web design, Photo and Video, Business, Music & Audio, 3D and Motion Graphics, Game Development and Computer Skills.
Familiarity to CMS or Blogging platforms like Medium or WordPress is preferred. The experience of writing personal blogs is an added advantage.

Job Mode & Location:

It’s basically a location independent full-time job role. Much of our team works remotely across the world. For us, it’s not about work-life balance. It’s more about work-life integration. So as long as you have a good place to focus, great internet connectivity and if the idea of working remotely excites you, then great. But the candidate should be ready to move to another location if required.
Salary: 20K to 40K INR /Month.
Assessment & Training Details: The assessment and training is structured as below –
Application.
Sample Translation Submission.
Interview: In-person, Skype or Phone.
Training: Candidates will be in 45 to 60 days training period. This is to help us assess the candidate’s ability to work in non-traditional remote work conditions.
Candidates meeting all the requirements will get job confirmation once the training is completed successfully.
