2. Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
3. Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
4. Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
5. Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
6. Flair for business writing and a sharp eye for editing
7. B2B writing experience is preferred
8. Exceptional written and spoken English
9. Ability to lead and inspire a team of content marketers to deliver content that works for business
10. Fire to learn about digital media and apply it to business
11. Self-driven, responsible, team player, sincere, results-oriented
12. Should be good in communication
