Job Description
Responsibilities include:
1. Develop high-quality, creative programming questions involving various concepts from data structures such as trees, graphs to dynamic programming such as knapsack problems and more
2. Handle quality check (coding content/questions) to meet standards set up by AON in assessments
3. Make the standards of problem such that the candidate can be measured on both space and time complexity of their solutions (like if the solution can be created without memory or can be solved in O(n log n) complexity rather than n^2 complexity)
4. Create programming questions that meet the client's requirement and help assess a test taker's caliber in terms of skillset
Number of openings: 4
1. Should have knowledge/experience of competitive programming using C, C++, C#, Java, and Python
2. Must have in-depth knowledge of data structure (Tree, Graph, LinkedList, etc.), algorithms, and code complexities
3. Must be a rock-star in writing code in either of C/C++/Java/C#/Python
4. Must have 0-1 years of experience as a coding problem setter/coding challenge developer/coding assessment developer or other relevant job experiences
5. Good to have a certification from CCDSAP or participation in ACM-ICPC for competitive coding
