About Vinod Lalwani

Vinod Lalwani is a chartered and cost accountant with 25 yrs of experience and specialization in wholesale & retail lending functions across operations, technology, asset monitoring, regulatory compliance, customer service, credit mid-office, and credit and risk management.

We have held leadership roles with large NBFC and corporates, including IIFL Finance, KKR India Financial Services, L&T Financial Services, IL&FS Financial Services, SREI Infrastructure Finance, Essar Steel. We have built end-to-end seamless operations, compliance & technology structures. We are focused on providing management consulting, advisory & business process outsourcing services to the BFSI segment.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the business process pertaining to the loan life cycle in NBFCs
2. Drafting process flow chart and standard operating processes (SOP)
3. Preparing business requirement documents for tech development
