Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching, trend jacking, creating, editing, updating & managing all formats of content
2. Co-creating newsletters, product update emailers, social media posts, blogs, infographics, PR related articles, video themes & campaigns to drive leads, subscribers & increase awareness
3. Editing and proofreading content with a zero-tolerance approach to grammatical errors, poor writing, and plagiarism
4. Conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness
5. Assisting with streamlining company social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Flicker, and other social media platforms), ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities
6. Increasing the number of followers we have on Twitter by following and engaging with potential clients and candidates
7. Understanding and monitoring social media and website analytics

Additional Information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 4000 per 10 quality write-ups per month).
