Responsibilities include:
1. Write technical documentation, including user guides, service manuals, and project proposals
2. Research and write original content for website articles, blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, and other marketing collaterals
3. Develop content for website, blogs, and social media, including writing, editing, and posting content of all types
4. Create and maintain the content calendar to ensure marketing collaterals meet release schedules
5. Manage the future development of content, including coordinating with internal teams to strategize new content types
6. Understand target audiences and formulate content accordingly
7. Produce original content, including working on editing, proofreading, and formatting
8. Develop social media content, including writing, editing, and posting
9. Develop and manage content style guide
