The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Researching real estate industry-related topics
2. Writing a clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
3. Preparing well-structured drafts using content management systems
4. Coordinating with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
5. Ensuring all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
6. Updating website content as needed
