Responsible for individual contribution as part of MEA Contracting Team

Assist in Drafting, Reviewing and Redlining of Add-on, Conversion Order, SOW, Professional Services Order, Change Order and Amendments based on Uniform Master Agreement.
Assist in Drafting, Reviewing and Redlining of License Order, SaaS Order, ASP from commercial perspective.
Adhere to Compliance policy of the company while drafting and issuance of the execution copy.
Provide primary support to Sales for preparing Contracts, Contract Management process and compliance.
Ensure successful closure of Contract within the SLA.
Work collaboratively and supportively with Counterparts, Legal, sales, finance and any other functions as needed to support contract process across Middle East and South Africa.
Responsible for end to end Contract Management.
Maintain Reports and track sheets for progress and efficiency of contracts.

Qualification and Competencies

Law Graduate.
6 + years' experience in drafting/ Reviewing/ Redlining commercial contracts (preferably in a multinational environment).
Commercial understanding
Good Drafting and communication skill.
Eager to communicate and work with people from other countries and cultures.
Copes well with ambiguity.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
