Job Description:
- Remote monitoring Live site alarms for Bank branches and ATM’s as well as other clients.
- Maintain Logbook for all open alarms.
- To initiate a video verification in case of any alarm/ticket and maintain a record and also escalate to the senior officials if necessary
- Maintain a log for video online offline report
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports for various parameters
- Co -ordinating with the support team as well as software team in case of on sites problems faced by the client.
