Job Description

Position Summary

Essential functions
  • Focus on the most important goals for the team and track and collect the data across HPS
  • Provide process and structure for HPS Operations status meetings.
  • Track and Analyze client and operational metrics/KPIs and high-lights key call outs.
  • Take ownership of discrete projects (e.g., creation of SOP with project teams) and complete using the resources available.
  • Coordinate Measure of value of HPS data across the departments.
  • Coordinate weekly / Monthly performance scores of HPS.
  • Coordinate with Executive Assistants of other leaders to schedule meetings.
  • Prepare presentations and other materials as needed for critical discussion
  • Help prioritize LOB wise task for the team by capturing the key points
  • Capture decisions and manage open task list and monitor progress. Escalated it as needed.
  • Help collect relevant information to facilitate a solution.
  • Create an HPS Operations team communication plan; help cascade decisions and information.
  • Help Perform root cause analysis to identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
  • Track and Analyze client and operational metrics/KPIs and high-lights key call outs.
  • Process wise head count reconciliation across all HPS Operations.
  • Be the Single point of contact for internal communication within HPS.
  • Calendar / Timesheet management and Workday approvals can be extend up to my DRs..

Skillset
  • US healthcare experience - 5+ years
  • Willing to work in shift hours
  • Excellent communication, presentation.
  • Should have good knowledge on content writing.
  • The interpersonal skills necessary include the ability to work well within a team that includes all levels within the organization from support staff to senior management as well as clients.
  • Past experience in claim adjudicator / Enrollment / PDM is a plus
  • Strong analytical ability to work.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and work under deadlines
  • Attention to detail.
