Job Description

 Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Developing creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the art director
2. Familiarizing themselves with their clients' products and services, the target audience and competitors' activities
3. Writing clear, persuasive, original copy
4. Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar
5. Amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director or clients
6. Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion
7. Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines
8. Keeping up to date with popular culture and trends
9. Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
