Job Description

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Support: Assist in day-to-day business operations, help build and maintain client relationships, support sales strategies, and contribute to achieving targets under the guidance of the Senior Officer.

Cash Transaction Monitoring: Monitor daily cash transactions and maintain detailed records of all cash activities.

Daily Banking Operations: Actively participate in daily banking tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Customer Education: Educate and advise customers about various banking products and services.

Transaction Handling: Collect customer cheques, manage within-bank and inter-bank transfers, and handle other banking transactions.

Operational Efficiency: Ensure that daily tasks are completed on time and run smoothly, supporting the Senior Officer.

Employee Training Assistance: Assist in training bank employees to perform their duties effectively.

Critical Thinking: Demonstrate the ability to think critically and work both independently and as part of a team.

Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in both local languages and English.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and behavior when interacting with customers.

Loan Recovery: Maintain a leadership role to maintain zero NPA of your Loan Portfolio.

Reporting: Maintain Daily reporting system with Detailed MIS.

Compliance: Ensuring adherence to banking regulations, anti-money laundering policies and data privacy standards.

Sales and Business development: Identifying new business opportunities, promoting bank products to potential
