Job Description
Position: EPBCS Specialist
Key Responsibilities
· Business Rules & Data Integration:
· Apply strong knowledge of business rules and data integration processes within EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).
· Utilize out-of-the-box functionalities within Financials and Workforce modules for optimal solution delivery.
· Smartview and Data Handling:
· Operate SmartView for ad hoc reporting and data retrieval.
· Perform data load and validation tasks to ensure accurate data processing and reporting.
· Incident Management & Stakeholder Communication:
· Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
· Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders across business and IT teams.
· Team Leadership & Prioritization:
· Lead and mentor team members, managing incidents and coordinating the prioritization of enhancements, incident resolutions, and defect fixes.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
· Hands-on experience with EPBCS Financials and Workforce modules.
· Proficiency in SmartView, including data load, data validation, and reporting capabilities.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proven ability to manage and resolve incidents, enhancements, and defects within agreed timelines.
· Effective team leadership and communication skills.
Desirable (Nice to Have)
· Basic knowledge of PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service) and Narrative Reporting.
· Willingness to learn and support enhancements in PCMCS and Narrative Reporting modules if not already experienced.
