Job Description
- · Corporate Secretarial compliance
- · Incorporation of Companies, Registration of LLP
- · Maintenance of corporate records, statutory books and registers
- · Responsible for filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications
- · Research, data gathering and analysis
- · Performing general administrative duties
- · Making reports, presentations and other documents
- · Carrying assigned task
- · Conducting due diligence, secretarial audit
- · Compliance under relevant laws; coordinating with various regulatory and government authorities, compliance report, action plan for non-compliance and other legal requisites.
- · Obtaining registrations and licences and do regulatory filing
- · Understanding and completing assigned task/projects
- · Adhering to and completing processes; contractual and procedural formalities
