Job Description

· Corporate Secretarial compliance
· Incorporation of Companies, Registration of LLP
· Maintenance of corporate records, statutory books and registers
· Responsible for filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications
· Research, data gathering and analysis
· Performing general administrative duties
· Making reports, presentations and other documents
· Carrying assigned task
· Conducting due diligence, secretarial audit
· Compliance under relevant laws; coordinating with various regulatory and government authorities, compliance report, action plan for non-compliance and other legal requisites.
· Obtaining registrations and licences and do regulatory filing
· Understanding and completing assigned task/projects
· Adhering to and completing processes; contractual and procedural formalities
