Job Description
1. Understanding disease state & preparation of patients towards weight management
and Motivation support.

2. Analysis of current lifestyle and device a lifestyle management plan.
3. Responsible for the patient profiling (Taking Vital parameters, patient history,
Counselling and Handholding)
4. To be part of the activities like attending Camps, Events, and Seminars along with
Care Team for the screening of Diabetes, Obesity patients.
5. Conduct sessions to educate and create awareness of the disease & related
complications
6. Patient profiling on Diet - dietary habits, likes & dislikes, diet intake, timings etc. along
with weight management follow ups on day-to-day basis.
7. Tracking & maintaining patient information. Implementation/ improvement in patient
pathway
8. Pre – Counselling (before Doctor’s consolation): He/she will explain the patient –
what is obesity & why it should be addressed and what are latest treatments
available.
9. Post -Counselling (After Consultation): Helping to choose from various packages.
Patient Engagement: Off-line support/Adherence/Follow-up etc.,
10. Supporting end to end clinical operations like attending patients, preparation of MIS
reports, handling and making telephone calls for patients & providing support to other
staff members.
11. Counselling & imparting right knowledge to Obesity Patients.
12. Responsible for implementation/improvement of patient pathway as per company
standards.
13. Responsible for promotions of company packages & conversion for the revenue
growth of the organization.
