Job Description
- To follow-up each
enquiries (from database) till the enrollment stage and keep track of the
developments till the final stage.
- To counsel the enquiries and convert them as
enrollments
- To maintain the collected database in proper
soft copy/ filings for future references.
- To call on the prospective candidates at their offices/ homes and counsel them, if the situation warrants.
- To help the Marketing
executives in getting the appointments, in making presentations to the
corporates, and in all follow-up activities.
- To keep track of all the existing students and
build a rapport with them.
- To maintain the good relationship with the
students and service their queries and problems.
- To maintain track of fees payment schedule of
each student and ensure that the fee is collected and receipts are given on
time.
- To make and maintain all necessary reports and
invoices pertaining to the students fee payment.
- To assume the role of Receptionist and Telephone operator, in the
absence of such person at the centre.
- To be the single point contact for all incoming and outgoing letters and couriers.
