Job Description
- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.
- Research and Analysis of the legal precedents.
- Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation & presentation of cases.
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
- Good at Administrative & Constitution, statutes, decisions, regulations, and ordinances of quasi-judicial bodies to determine ramifications for cases.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as Concession Agreements, PPP Agreements, patent research & applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
- Prepare legal briefs and opinions, and file appeals in state High Courts and Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
- Work in environmental law, representing public interest groups, waste disposal companies, or construction firms in their dealings with state and Union agencies.
