Job Description
- Enquiry handling – On phone/ email/ walk-ins / follow ups
- Calling and counseling to prospective students & explain them about different courses & converting the calls into Enquiries. Target oriented calling.
- Using Job portal to collect the data
- Arranging the candidates batch schedule
- Marketing Activities as required
- Provide career advice to students on academic courses
- Converting inquiries into admissions
- Generating database of new students to get maximum enrollments
- Updating Enquiry into VITS internal Software and taking follow up
- Maintaining inquiry records as on date and reports – daily reporting to Manager
- Responsible for the achievement of business goals
- Coordinating with students and internal staff for operations related activities
- Running email campaigns, SMS blast
- Visiting companies, colleges for various activities – like arranging seminar, workshops etc.
- Building up network with HR of different companies and getting references
- Any other duties assigned time to time by superior
