Counselor /Special Educator Job vacancies in Cochin Refineries School
1. Counselor
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Psychology / Social Work from a recognized University OR Graduate / Post Graduate with Diploma in Career Guidance & Counseling from a recognized University / Institute.
Special Educator
Qualification: B.Sc Degree with BEd in Special Education from a recognized University. OR BSc & BEd with Diploma in Special Education from a recognized University / Institute.
Scale of Pay: Initial placement will be on a consolidated pay of Rs.30,000/- p.m for one year. On successful completion of 1 year he/she shall be considered for appointment against permanent vacancy of School Counselor in the Pay Band Rs.9300-34800 with a grade pay of Rs.4200 (pre revised). Gross emoluments in the minimum of the pay scale at the current rate of allowances would be Rs.34,560/- p.m (likely to be revised upwards).
Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as on 1st June, 2018
Experience: Teaching experience of minimum 2 years in a recognized CBSE/ICSE school.
Fluency in English: Ability to communicate well with fluency in English language is essential for all posts.
Selection: The selection methodology will comprise of written test, Group Discussion and interview. The candidates short listed in the written test will be required to appear for interview for final selection. Appointment will be subject to the candidates clearing the medical examination
