Job Description
Overview: Join our team at our Academy as an course advisor and play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our educational institution. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage administrative tasks and provide essential support to our staff, parents, and students.
Responsibilities:
· Manage office supplies inventory. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
· Maintain and update administrative databases and records.
· Welcome visitors, parents, and students warmly and direct them as needed.
· Explain the course details to parents
· Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
· Assist in student enrolment processes, including collecting and processing registration forms.
· Coordinate student activities and events in collaboration with teachers and staff.
· Assist in organizing staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
