About the Project
Free Mind Project is building a premium online meditation program for working professionals. We are looking for a Course Coordinator to be the backbone of this project. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of education, wellness, and early-stage startup energy.
What you'll do
· Schedule and manage online meditation course batches end-to-end
· Onboard students — links, materials, pre-class guidance
· Track attendance and flag issues proactively
· Handle all communication with students and instructors
· Collect feedback and compile batch summaries
Requirements
· Graduate in any stream — Education, Mass Communication, Psychology, or BBA preferred
· 0–3 years in academic coordination, training admin, customer success, or similar. Freshers from relevant backgrounds welcome.
· Excellent written and verbal English — must be able to draft professional emails and WhatsApp messages independently
Important Conditions
· Work From Office is mandatory — all coordination happens from our office
· Candidates must bring their own laptop (internet and power provided)
· This is a coordination and management role — you are not the instructor or teacher
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹18,000/month
